To explore the demo, it's probably best to start by trying out the 'create record' option and letting it lead you through the assessment sequence, adding a few words at every prompt, and using the 'next' tag.

When you're returned to the main menu, follow the 'print report' route to see how it begins to be possible to assemble, examine and/or print, needs, thresholds, outcomes, services information etc. in different relationships. To see a complete form, choose 'amend a record' and edit the main record for Colin Colum (ID: 1).

This is work in progress, remember! It works from the premise that users will know the structure of the paper assessment form or have one to hand.
